No I only watched the first season until I figured out that Walt was playing a backgammon game with Terry O'Quinn's character and the hatch was the hinge in the middle of the board and all of the numbers are dice rolls from a Backgammon endgame called casting off. :D (better ??)

I am with you. This show is great. They also aren't too afraid to kill of characters which seems to be a trend in other shows lately.

I've watched the first season, it got me hooked. I've seen some of 2nd season and when American Idol comes on, it got pre-empted. So, I'll wait for the DVD's. Please, no spoilers here. :shock:

It's OK Marvel Guy!!! Nothing I said had anything to do with the series LOST or its plot or contents. They were just mildly coherant and not-quite-so-mildly amusing musings. I gave away nothing except my own ramblings on how I might have handled those story arcs I have seen if I, myself, were writing them.

All of the numbers in the reoccuring sequence CAN be rolled with two dice under Backgammon rules though! Coincidence!

The contrast between my ideas and those of the creators were to have generated the amusement. You haven't seen any of the show, so no amusement was generated for you. Now if I can just figure out why those who DID watch were unamused...

I LOVE lost, got hooked on it quite awhile back...the hour always goes by so fast for me. I love when shows do that but hate it at the same time. Kinda hard to talk about it though if others haven't seen it...I saw a few things coming but a couple of others took me by suprise. I just hope it doesn't turn out to be a dream or drug induced coma from one of the people on the island. :roll:

My initial thought after watching the first episode was a kind of "Land of the Lost" thing.
Still not decided I'm wrong yet.

After looking at the ratings from this last year They decided that next season will have no rerun weeks. They're gonna run it straight through like "24".

I've watched the finale and at the end there are many things that really gets to ya. I will not corrupt the story to ya if you haven't seen it yet. The ending seems like they know they're there.

I think they are in a giant snow globe. I love the show, but I hate waiting to find out the answers to all of the questions. And I have a ton.
