U.K. payment?

I need an answer quick. I'm looking at an auction that I'm interested in. It is from the UK, but one thing's holding me back, payment. They accept international money order. The seller wants it in POUNDS STERLING. Exactly, where do I get this? Is it the same as post office(USA) or someone else?

I am not sure MG....but I think you may have to go to a bank for that type of payment.

Yeah, I think the bank and probably the post office too.

I think the reason is that they have difficulty cashing US funds over there (or it's really expensive, or something).
