Well, we know it's not a part of the Evil Axis, not part of China, more obscure than Bali, but not as obscure as Cheju Island, and it is on the continental landmass of Asia. What else do we know. Someone got really close in one of the earlier guesses.

anytime.. and Linda, unfortunately the diving in Vietnam isn't very good. they do a lot of cyanide fishing (and dynamite fishing) which pretty much strips the reefs of life.. its really sad. There is a lot more diving, and better diving in the area.
