Do any of you Corraler's dream a lot?? I ALWAYS have vivid and complex dreams, sometimes 5 or more a night (which leads to very tired days often). I recently got one of my bosses back into comic books after about a twenty to thirty year hiatus and he mentioned to me that he now dreams weird and comic book related stories while he sleeps. It's just like a light bulb went off in my head! I always wondered why I dream so freakin' much but it makes sense to me about comic books being a big part of that. I read comics quite often before I go to bed and in my lifetime I've probably read the equivaliency of a few hundred thousand comic books. I'm quite often fighting in my dreams against punks and bad guys and my favorite comic book character is Batman...I can see this relationship between comic books and my subconsious taking form. I'm also a musician, I draw and I'm very creative so I guess everything packed together just comes out at night when I sleep. I always felt that when you go to sleep, all the files in your brain have been packed away for the night but after you fall asleep..the drawers of the file cabinets all fall open and get mixed up resulting in very weird and sometimes very entertaining dreams. I guess it's kinda true when I joke around and say "I'm Batman!" LoL! Do any of you have dreams like this too or am I just weird??!! By the way...I have NO phsycoligy ejumacation or professional training in any of this....just one tired boy trying to figure out why I'm more tired when I wake up then when I go to bed.....#batman#

Dreaming is good for you. As long as you don't dream about 7 fat cows being devoured by 7 lean cows. That would mean 7 years of comic marketplace drought following the past 7 years of hobby marketplace plenty!

I very rarely remember what I dream about. I wish I could remember them...

Sometimes I can remember a dream from time to time but most of them I do't or I forget them soon after I wake up!!

I dream all night long. I think everyone does, it's just that some people remember them better. I don't remember most of my dreams... but I do remember the feeling that dream created in my. Sometimes I'll feel real wistful, something happened in my dream that made me happy (no, not that kind of dream!) and I wish I could remember it.

Other times, I'll feed somewhat sad because I know I lost something in my dream, or wasn't able to do something I wanted to.

I usually dream of thing "current event," something that happened that day... and sometimes people whom I haven't seen or thought of in years, or never was close to, appear in my dreams. Some obscure teammate from 4th grade, manager at one of my old jobs who I actively disliked. Not too long ago, I dreamed that I was staying in a hotel, and my room number was 1408. Of course, I had seen the movie 1408 that day, so there was a logical connection. But the room wasn't haunted. Instead, it turns out it was a large mens room with lockers and toilet facilities in addition to my bed, and I was kept up all night by guys coming in to use it. It later morphed into the locker room of some women's sports team, and of course, that's when I woke up.

Perfect example of a dream I wish I could have finished.

I always KNOW when I'm dreaming because everything goes RIGHT! At some point in one of my dreams, it'll dawn on me, "say, wait a minute. This has GOT to be dream because everything is perfect. At that point I try to intentionally louse things up a little, just to make it more lifelike!

Yeah, I definately dream of every day events..like if I do something specific I haven't done in a while, I'll often dream of that (to an extent) that night. Or if I watch a good movie, it'll creep into my subconsiousness. I still think that comic books have created and stirred up an already active imagination plus the fact I'm a musician and remember the words and harmonies and structures of thousands and thousands of songs. I guess I have a great memory and that helps to create new stuff. Thanx for the input, sleep tite! #cloud9#

The only dreams I remember are the ones I wake up in the middle of. Even then, they are fleeting and soon forgotten.

Last night I dreamt that I was buying a classic car. I couldn't make up my mind. The choice was between a 1962 Lincoln Continental convertible with a white interior and a gorgeous 3 "bucket" bench front seat, something I've NEVER seen before on ANY car. A 1966 Silver Lincoln hardtop that was chopped and channeled to look like a 50' Merc. and a hot pink 1957 Mercedes roadster modified with 1957 Cadillac "fins" in the back.

I thought that odd since none of these would have been my pick if I had my choice of any classic custom! Just when I was about to decide, I woke up.
