ASM #532 - Civil War Tie-In

If you have read this issue which came out this week, what is your thoughts on it?

I think it is pretty good with all the events going on behind the scenes at Civil War #1. I knew that's what he was going to do but not sure yet. MJ and May really did get him.

I'm not sure what's going to happen, but I don't think PP should go public, it would only further ruin the character. I'm sick of Spider-Man being tied to the Neo Avengers, who I hate by the way. I hope in #533 Pete tells Stark to "Eat my shorts" and gets the heck out of Neo Avenger Tower and back to being Spider-Man. I hope Iron Man is killed during CIVIL WAR in a particularly painful way and that all this "registration" crappola that Marvel is serving up is staked through the heart once and for all.

Other than that, I really don't have much of an opinion about it. :?

Spider-Man won't be any good until they get rid of JMS. After collecting the title all my life, I took it off my Pull List b/c of him. LMK when they get a real writer on the book...

Yes, they need to get rid of JMS on Spidey ASAP. His "carte blanche" on the book has become "carte crap". Funny, I love his work on Rising Stars, Supreme Power, Babylon 5, etc. and his first few issues on ASM were great - why couldn't he keep it up?
