Oh I saw this last year over on the ebay comic board. There is a few site on the internet that show covers, etc that have stuff like that on them. I can't remember them but I bet someone around here will.

Wolverine #3 has a secret message cover.
Here's some secret messages, but mostly interior stuff:

Slightly off topic, but if any of you saw yesterday's Willy 'n Ethel in the Sunday paper, it had a surprisingly off-color gag, the one about hiccups. Sorry I can't post it, the trash went out this morning.

How about this one? It ain't profanity but I didn't know it was there until I was scanning for a listing for my store?

Linda, you really need to picket your local newspaper. Willy 'n Ethel is one of the very few cartoons I still read eavery day.

Hidden profanity?
How about every time X-Men's Nightcrawler teleported back in the Bronze Age?
You can't tell me Claremont didn't know what "BAMF" stood for!!!!

I thought you were referring to the fact that being chased by both Superman and Batman made his posterior evacuation route pucker out of the shading. Seems kind of oddly placed doesn't it?

Here's one, not so hidden really, from The Human Fly #13 -- on pg.16, the 1st panel. It's funny, #13 was the only Human Fly issue that I had as a kid, yet I never noticed it until very recently.
Featuring Harmony Whyte, news reporter and Human Fly doubter... showing us what she really thinks! :p
Sorry for the hazy pic, but I had to try to get in tight and it was taken w/ my phone:

There is really NO good reason for her to be giving us the bird in that panel.
She's mentioning "All systems are GO!", but that is clearly is not a thumbs-up, or otherwise. ;)
I'd love to know the true story on that one! Maybe it was a jab at "The Man"?

Here's one from Greg Horn. Kind of overused, but it is there.

I've seen this one mentioned in other venues, but was utterly shocked to find it in the $1 bin at my LCS!

Don't know about Veronica, but I'm sure that's precisely what Archie was hoping for.
