Increasing Font Text Size?

When viewing threads & posts, the text appears extremely small (almost unreadable for me).
I'm wondering if there is a way to increase the onscreen text size?
I've tried the settings in "View" (at the top of the screen in Internet Explorer), but on my computers at home and at work, it does not effect the text size - certain things onscreen seem to fluctuate when changing the view sizes, but the text remains microscopic. When changing these settings on the eBay discussion boards, the text size does change.
I'm not very tech savvy, so I'm wondering if there's a trick to change text size.

P.S. Is there a spell checker on this board?

Let me look into that for you capt. I don't know if there is a way to change the defaut text sizes.

If the view thing at the top doesn't work, this might not either, but if you press your "ctrl" key and scroll with your mouse at the same time it also changes text size.

I was unable to find an easy way to modify the board so that the fonts are adjustable.

Recently, I installed Internet Explorer 7 beta on my computer and I have been using it regularly. It is very stable. It's a lot better than the other earlier versions though (i think). One thing that I saw that might benefit you is that in the information bar on the very bottom of all the windows is a "magnify" button. You can just click it a few times to zoom from 100% to 400% of the size. You should check that out through Microsofts web site at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx.
