Can anyone change a image around?

The images I have for my store, have the old store name on it. Does anyone know how to change the wording around on an image? Here are the ones I would need to change:

It would be far easier to put new lettering on the backgrounds if you still have a copy of the file(s) before the lettering was added. It would also be easier to letter a new background if you don't have those old files.
