I'm listing again and was wondering what people are charging for shipping these days?

For my comics I use a set amount:

1-5 comics: $3.30
6-10 comics: $3.80
11-15 comics: $4.30
etc.

For my novels I go by weight and I do charge a small handling fee from $1.00 to $1.50.

Does anyone have a line on priority? And what's with all these folks shipping an unlimited amount for like $7
