I've been bitten by the Hard Cover collecting bug really bad.

HARD COVER, not paperbacks HARD COVER

The Ultimate Spider-Man,
The Ultimate FF,
Avengers Assembled,
New Avengers,
Young Avengers,
Captain America,
The Dark Horse Conan stuff.

Basically the hard cover trade collections of Super Hero Stuff from Marvel & DC of the new books being published.

I love reading them in hard cover now.

These things already get discounted heavily at stores and shows. And even more so if they are read. That's why I like them.

I'm posting here because I know quite a bit of you buy and sell stuff on E-Bay and at shows and stores all over the country. I figured I would rather spend money with people/collectors/dealers that I already know than just using Amazon.com or some other retailer.

Only condition qualifications I really have are:

1) NO RIPS TO THE DUST JACKETS EDGES.
2) NO RIPPED PAGES.
3) A NICE BRAND NEW BOOK IS WHAT I WANT.

Opened and read is OK.
A Corner ding is OK.
No need for shrink wrap (but that's a big plus OK cause everybody likes brand new stuff, even me so I'll pay a little more for it).

But I want them Cheap.

So If you have any of this stuff you don't want, or see some of it really cheap, drop me a note. Maybe we can help each other out.

I only need one copy of anything. I'm reading / Collecting these things, not dealing or re-selling them.

If you see a killer deal on a stuff like this, drop me a line with the book you have, and the price you need and how you want to get paid.

Help out a fellow reader...

Thanks

Oh,

The very TOP of my list is the WALKING DEAD OMNIBUS 1-25. Yes it can be OPENED and READ.

I know that's not a CHEAP BOOK, but I don't mind opened and read so you never know.

PS, I'm NOT LOOKING for the Marvel MasterWorks books. I've read all of those.

Some of the DC Archives like Adams Strange, Green Lantern, Justice League would be cool though.

Chaos, if you want the Ultimate Spiderman HC V. 1-3, I can give you the link for it. I think it goes for $39.00 on an awesome sale they have. Those books are like the first 50 issues of the run. I'm still pondering about getting it since the early issues are sky high in prices. PM me if you want the site's address.

Marvel Guy,

I have 3 first 3 Ultimate Spideys Hardcovers I just recently had the time to sit and just read them. The format really works and I'm hooked.

I bought them when they came out for $29.99 each. Yep full retail.

Then I satrted looking for more and thought I would post here before just spending money with strangers. We have a great smart group of honest buyers and sellers here and I'd rather buy stuff from people I know than people I don't.

I wanna try to save myself some money for a change and help out my fellow Corrallites.

Hi chaosus,

What kind of prices are you looking for? There are a few dealers here at HeroesCon that are selling HC. Let me know and I'll look and see what the prices are.

Hi Linda!

I guess at least 50% off if still sealed, 75% off if opened and read but like new?

Books like the Walking Dead Ominbus and the Alias Ominubs, I would want as cheap as I could find. But, I could afford to wait so I would get the other stuff on my list first. Like the Avengers, Conans and Ultimate books etc.

Gary

Of course the show is over, but at least you guys know what I'm looking for.

What is with the sketch covers and why would you pay so much for a book that isn't really rare at all. I don't get it, the insides are all the same as the other books but they put a dif. cover on it and suddenly it's a collectors item. Didn't we learn anthing from the 90's?

Hey CHAOS, I dont have any HC's for you, but I love the idea too, I'm currently buying up those Marvel Milestone Gold agers and the Batman DC Archives and want all of them. ALL OF THEM!! ALL OF THEM!! Hey that's kinda catchy.
