I finished the final six issues of this excellent series today. Was pleased with the ending and how time was spent to tie up any loose ends. Anyone else?

I'm still a few issues back.. so I can't comment yet
I thought the ending of the series was great. It's sad that there will be no more Y The Last Man waiting for me in my pull box anymore. :(

I'm still back a bit cause I'm reading the TPBs. I'm so glad to hear that you guys dig the ending. I've cracked alot of grins or said out loud "Oh snap!" over this story. Its a kickass comic and it deserves a great ending. I'm looking forward to it.

I'm going to have to go back and re-read the series I think, the ending, especially the last several pages, left me a bit confused as to what was actually going on. I mean, I think I know, but it was weird. But overall a really good series just the same.

This series is an excellent measure of exactly when I stopped buying new comics, I have issues 1-31, ending April 2005. Of all the new comics I was buying, this was the only series I really missed when I gave it up. I still spend as much on comics now, but don't have the volume problem. One low cost GA comic is about 10 new comics.

One of my favorite series of all time
I've been reading the series as trades. I can't wait for June to read the last few issues.

This is like me, I stopped buying moderns right in the middle (well around issue #15) of this series. I enjoyed it, but wasn't sure where it was going. I really enjoyed the first 5 or 6 issues. Perhaps, now's the time to start re-reading these books. Hopefully I'll be able to find them on the cheap, though.

Well, I started a collection when it came out, yes I was actually buying it off the shelf, but now I'll wait a while and buy the whole collection on ebay for around $175 or less. Hope hope, we'll see.

Nat.....Y the Last Man TPB #10 is due in stores on June 18th......just in time for Heroes Con if it comes out on schedule!
If it is out you can probably pick it up off of Heroes like we have done before.
See you in a couple months!

OK, can someone give me a quick synopsis of this series? I'm basically picking up TPBs and reading series that others note were good.

Skull, it's the last man on earth, but more intricate than the stories that have come before. I was reading it sporadicallly and now need to fill the run and find the time to read the whole story. By the way y'all if you like this story check out "Afterlife" on youtube.

The keep mentioning the movie that should be out in 2009. I don't like the talk of Shia Lebeouf as Yorrick, though.
