I read this issue first thing when I got home today and I'm glad I did!
"Worlds Greatest" part one was a fantastic read. The art by Bryan Hitch was great. Even after seeing all the preview art posted here and at other sites around the web, I was still very impressed with the final product in hand. I'm glad that Hitch extended his run for a few more issues.
The only gripe I have with the art is that the FF look much older than they have in previous issues. #oldie# Perhaps it's because I have been reading Ultimate Fantastic Four again these last few weeks and the difference is very striking. The cover was great as well, but I was still disappointed that I couldn't get my hands on the Bianchi variant.
The story by Mark Millar was great as well, setting up a few new subplots and waiting to the end to reveal the main story. The humor level was great for this issue, especially the scenes at the school.
All in all, it was a great start for the new team and I am looking forward to the next issues. #woohoo#
