More than meets the eye...

Do you think the Transformers movie has permanently revived or increased the interest in the early Transformers series and toys? My son watches the new Transformers cartoon in the moring and it seems fairly well done. I can't imaging that would have been produced if the movie hadn't done so well

The books seem to sell well on ebay and at shows. I'm not that into toys but I see plenty of the old Transformers at shows. Funny thing is I can't remember having a single Transformer toy as a kid, I guess my mom was mean or worried about all those little parts being a choke hazard :)

I loved the old Transformers cartoon! That, along w/ GI Joe were my favorite shows to watch. I haven't had a chance to see the newer shows though.

I only had one of the toys as well. The cassette player guy and the little dog and bird cassettes.

Hoss his name was SOUNDWAVE & the cassette was a panther (I too played with these toy as a young boy)#allhailme#

If you look on ebay or search the web you'll kick your self for not holding on to them or even taking them out of the box.#banghead#
