I like to keep a record of my buyers (names, address, ID, items bought, etc)! When I send out Christmas cards I always send one to each of my buyers that I had for the year.
I also like to keep track so if I have repeat buyers, I try to do a little something extra for them (discounts, free or reduce shipping, etc)
What do y'all do?
