hello dere! long time collector here (30+ odd years) but i've never sold online. in fact i haven't sold a single comic in 20 years, only added to the stash lol. i have bought quite a few on eBay so i know what kind of listing that i personally liked and which i didn't.
i liked things like...
-large multiple big scans (about 600-900 kb)
-descriptions of things not readily obvious in the scans
-interior page descriptions
-photos
-attempts at finding and conveying any restoration.
i can either take or leave stuff like seller background info, experience, approximate worth, grading guidelines. i actually like it if it's not too wordy. i'm okay if seller gives his idea of the grade but think it's probably best to show as much as possible and let the buyer decide his/her idea of grade.
and i hate when they just give a grade, very little description, and tiny lil crappy pics. i might trust an assigned grade from some of the huge sellers but not Joe Blow.
Anyway, i'd love any advice on how to list these. thought i'd post a sample of the type listing i was thinking of. so here goes!

Today I’ll be listing many comic books. Most from my personal collection and some from recent collections I’ve acquired. Many in high grade!
I’ve been collecting comics for 32 years and while not a professional grader, I do my best. Also have kept great records on these and for the most part, know the grades they were when purchased.
Quality bags/sleeves & boards were used and changed out regularly. Many of these were stored in Mylars or Mylites, top loaders, w/ fullbacks ect. I'll describe these as best I can, giving any relevant information, and perhaps an opinion of grade. These have no restoration that I’m aware of or can see unless otherwise noted. Interior pages are complete, intact, & with coupons unless noted. I use Overstreet guidelines for grading, But I'm providing LARGE SCANS for you to judge. If you'd like any more scans or photos FEEL FREE to contact me.
SCANS ARE OF ACTUAL COMIC BOOK FOR SALE!!

so how's that? i'm listing the scans & pics in HTML so i can host them on Photobucket and not spend a fortune for eBay to host them. oh and how's the shipping? Too wordy? never shipped media mail but figured i'd ship anything over just a few dollars Priority. less time out there, less time to get damaged.
anything you folks would add, omit, or change? i'd really appreciate any help. thank you!!!
edit: not sure why the pics didn't show here. they show when i make a practice listing on eBay. how do i make pics show up in HTML in this post?
