According to this listing CGC wont grade these. Anybody know why?

It's because all of the issues are basically photocopies, and too easy to counterfeit. Same reason CGC won't grade Warrens' Eerie #1. Here's a link with more info, and reasons why this auction is a scam (whether it's PGX's fault or the sellers is debatable).
