Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to complete my Battle of the Planets (Gold Key/Whitman) collection. I still need #7-#9 in 8.0 or better. If anyone has these for sale, I would be very interested.

Sorry, I collected them all the way up through #1 (VF) and quit while I was ahead. Good luck on them.

By the way, what's the origin of your name? I work for a company that makes bolts, and I just wondered if, well you know.

Thanks for the response, Malaprop. I work for a company that sells bolts, among other industrial supplies. I got the nickname from a customer, and it stuck. I didn't care for it at the time, but it's grown on me.

I think I only have #6 in 8.0-9.2 range. I will check again when I go home ... if you even still need these.

Yeah I only have a #6 in 8.5-9.0.

I would recommend trying Doug Sulipa he usually has good stock of these and his prices are usually fair and his grading good:

He only lists as having a slabbed copy in 9.4 but you couldalways inquire to find out for certain if this is all he has.

One thing you should also consider is that this book is on the list of the rarest 20 Whitmans so you may have to open the wallet a bit for this specific issue.
