Iron Man passes 300 milion!

Only one other superhero (spidey) has been able to do that.

Adjusted for inflation, some earlier incarnations of Batman and Superman still lead shellhead, but they've both been brought back more recently and those versions lag behind.

But maybe the new Batman will manage to pass the 300 mark?

I tend to agree. Iron Man works on levels that Dark Knight won't. Women and kids found more to like in Iron Man than do in the average superhero movie, and Dark Knight looks very good but also very dark. That said, I suspect the total bo and the open wkd could both shock a bit with levels higher than expected. begins only made 205 mil but it has grown in stature over the past few years with reflection and approval. I think pent up desire to see it is bigger than most in the industry expect.

I have been wanting an IM movie for years , as I always thought it would make a great one. I was pleased. It was pretty good , can't wait for another.
I have been a big IM fan I poicked up #45 when he was still gold and introduced Pepper & Happy when I could barely read , and was hooked (on him and other Marvels)
