Ok, I received my E-Bay Detective lot, I now have tons af good reading to do. I had mentioned to him that since I already had one of them, maybe he could just surprise me by throwing in something else instead. Did he ever, wowsers. Start with Batman 80 Page Giant #3 and Secret Origins of the World's Greatest Super Heroes, both in NM. Then there's FF #37 and Lois Lane #63. The Lois has a great cover, showing Supes walking into a room with both Lois and Lana present, saying: "I'll tell you why I'll never marry you Lana, or you Lois! Who wants a wife so stupid she doesn't realize I'm Superman when I take off my Clark Kent glasses?" Didn't know they ever did that kind of self-referent humor. And finally of course, a Charlton, Mysteries of Unexplored Worlds #16. Hard to beat a deal like this.
There you go (and many thanks by the way) you now have impossible expectations to meet for all future sales.

CG is one of the good guys in a sea of sharks, vultures, and assholes. I've bought from him a number of times and would recommend him to everyone! Fair prices and a hell of a nice guy. Rock on, dude!

CG is da man!! I did get a lot of comics I needed to fill holes, of course they were newer comics that I missed. He provided those books and yet he surprised me with lots and lots of Silver Age and Bronze Age Captain America issues. You da man, CG!!

Wow, thank you all very, very much.
In each case noted above, it was entirely my pleasure.
I love getting good folks good books for good prices.
And Malaprop, check out the 80 Page Giant #3 a little closer (it's signed).
And yes, I will be back in the comic sales arena very soon, but not on ebay, right here at the Ol' Corral.
In the meantime, if any of you have particular titles you need, get in touch.
And yes SP, I WILL dig out those Detective Comics and horsetrade soon.
Thanks again!

CG got fed up with the latest Store listing price gouges, got a new job with a Nazi-like boss, had a new baby, is suffering from chronic sleep-deprivation, makes a hell of a lot more money selling rare books, and so is currently on hiatus from comic selling on ebay.
I do plan on letting loose several thousand books right here in the Ol' Corral though...stay tuned.
