I would invest in oil then cash it out around this time next year, that's when the new oil starts flowing in from new oil fields. Experts has said that oil prices will start falling back to the way they're supposed to be in 2 years. They have said that the profits is going into new research and developments of new oil fields. I hope that's not BS.

yep, once a price goes up and is paid, don't look for any big drop.

My next car will be a flex-fuel or less likely a hybrid.
