Lovely, lovely books.
Why are the Strange Tales, Tales to Astonish and Tales of Suspense books much harder to find in higher grades compared to their Marvel brethren?
Second tier, sure, but so are Journey Into Mystery's, Daredevil's and Avengers - and there seem to be many more of them in high grade.

Very very nice books. And the titles don't get the love they should get.
But...
...it's gone way past the point where I can keep up with how many pedigrees are out there.
'n I just can't help noticin' a lotta them pedigrees get graded different from the non-pedigrees. Writing on the cover on my book... knocks the grade and the value way down. Writing on the cover of a BSD's pedigree -- knocks the grade and the value way up.
Oh, and yes, when it comes to pedigrees, the graders do know who owns it. And who sold it to you. etc. etc.
So, the more pedigrees, the less "blind" grading.

I've always thought the cover to ST 134 was very striking...and I've never owned a copy. Somewhere the Green River copy is out there... I guess I can still keep dreaming!
Thanks for starting the thread, Mike!

I know this is predominately a Sliver-Age pedigree, but I still like to share my B.A. trash from the lot...

* I searched for quite awhile for a decent #13 for my set.

* It took a long time to finally get a #4, but it was well worth it! #blahblah#

Thank you, Sir! Merely my meager offerings to the cause...
