Question about selling on Comics Corral

I'm thinking about doing some selling on Comics Corral. Is it like eBay where it's better to start out by buying and build good feedback and then start selling? How long are my listings posted for? Or is there a thread here that will answer my questions?

Hey korfcomicsgroup,

I think that if you establish a good presence here at the Corral, it would certainly help folks get to know you a little better. As far as buying from others here before selling your own stuff, it is a good way to build up that feedback score. It certainly wouldn't hurt to get a thread started with your comics for sale...everyone has to start at 0 anyway!

If you sold on eBay, maybe a link to your feedback page would help some folks with determining if you are a good seller.

Maybe some of the folks with a good sales record here can also give some advice...

Welcome to the Corral Korf :D

I'm one of many people here who sell on these boards & as I'm sure you've seen there is many pages of people buying and selling to one another.

There is no police here..LOL.. so selling your stuff will come to you keeping track of who buys from you & what is owed.

Alot of great people here who like --> you & I <-- love comic books and want to get the best deal possible with out the hassel of ebay or other auction sites.

As for getting up your feedback first I'd go with posting and letting the board know who you are & what you like to collect & read.
If you want to there are some great asortment of books to buy or just look at and get a feeling of others here and what they like to do.
Red Hook is really great with ped's & JBD & Linda are great to talk to about D.C. books (I don't really collect them) Hoss has everything under the sun for storage of comics.

Well there is a few of the people here...Stick around you never know what might come up in subject.

Advertise your grades and your shipping costs. Learn if you dont know how to pack your comics the right way so they wont get damaged in transit.

Your thread can go as long as you want. Contact a MOD when you want it removed.

Most on here will be very helpful. Usually lurkers are the ones that buy they most. Most of the sells I have made on here are from buyers who rarely post they just lurk.
