There are more of these monkey covers out there but the images isn't up yet.

They are just something Marvel wanted to create to boost the print runs. Last year, we had those Zombie variants and this year, we'll have more Zombie variants as well. They are the gimmicks for this generation.

I couldn't find any of these Zombie variants for this year, I guess it won't be released until it gets closer to the date they come out.

I agree about Zombies.

First go around Marvel hit the jackpot and I don't think they planned it.

I think Apes/Monkeys is much more calculated and I think it's targeted at the younger audience. Kids like monkeys. I think this is an attempt to pull in money from the young collectors or the parents of the young collectors.
