I recognize one girl from ComicCon; she's wearing a skimpy black costume, rose-colored glasses and a long, silver wig. Looks like a manga character.

It was good to see some Battlestar Galactica characters; didn't see any in San Diego. And only one Firefly character. What's with these people? They'd rather dress up as Japanese jailbait than as a character from two of the finest sci-fi series ever?

That one lady got a bit carried away doing Kendra/Hawkgirl's headpiece I think. Good costume...but a lot of head.

Good thing the Colonial Marines showed up...it seems there was an Alien on the loose. Ya just don't see those guys that much anymore.

Oh pasnat, there were most likely more Firefly costumes there but I was taking pics of mostly comic costumes than any others. That is in no way all the different costumes to be seen at Dragon Con!! I have over 100+ pics that one of my roommates took that he let me have and I ain't got them posted yet.

I would say that at least half if not more of the 50,000+ folks there were in some kind of costume. I mainly stayed in the Marroitt and only went over to the Hyatt a few times and never made it to the Hilton or the Sheraton at all.

I'm looking at some of my friends photo sites and I'm seeing lots and lots of costumes I never saw the whole weekend and I was there from Thursday around noon to Monday around 5:00pm plus I didn't make it to the Parade either (had a panel to go to that I really wanted to see).

I will post some of the other Dragon Con photo sites I come across, so y'all can see more.
