Anyone here have Vonage phone service?

I'm pretty tired of Verizon's crappy service,p**s poor customer support,and expensive rates.
I've got Comcast cable & internet and am thinking of using Vonage for $25 a month.
I would like some first hand info before I jump.

If you have Comcast for cable and internet, you should use their phone service. Works just like Vonage. They'll give you a new modem that has a jack to plug in your regular home telephone. Like Vonage, they offer digital voice-mail (lets you listen to your home phone voice messages from any internet connection, etc.) I've been using Comcast's "Triple Play" (internet, tv, phone) for over a year, and it's been excellent.
