I just knocked off the first six issues of Young Liars.
I'm a fan of David Lapham though hated the Amy Racecar character within Stray Bullets. His earliest work writing Harbinger, taking over for Jim Shooter, was surprisingly good. Young Liars is pretty wild stuff, not for the kiddies.
Any opinions on his current effort?

I gave up reading the series after the first part of the "Spiders from Mars" story.

I may return to the series via trade paperback, but I gave it a shot.

Would you want Rembrandt drawing in a Dilbert style. Lapham is a far more talented artist than anything he does today. His writing is twisted, but it's been twisted in the same way for a long time. I'm bored with it.
