You know, listing 10,000 books in the store (http://www.comicsbid.com) is great, but you also gotta take a few moments to promote your listings.

Here are a few places besides the Corral that have Marketplace forums you can advertise in.

If anyone has more, let me know and I will add them here to the first post!

STL Comics (http://blogstl.stlcomics.com/) (hi James!)
The Collectors Society (http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=cfrm&c=5)
The Comics Journal (http://www.TCJ.com)
DigitalWebbing (http://www.digitalwebbing.com)
eBay Comic Boards (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=4&campid=5335809863&toolid=10001&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fforums.ebay.com%2Fdb1%2Fforum.js pa%3FforumID%3D10) :p (Just kidding!)

That's all I can think of for now...if any one has more additions, please let us know here. We could all use some great places to let people know about our ComicsBid auctions!

Keep a few things in mind when advertising on new sites:
1) Don't spam or be annoying!
2) Don't constantly bump your thread for no particular reason.
3) Read the forum rules regarding advertising posts
4) Be courteous
5) Don't forget to actually put your link in your ad!
6) Some boards allow signatures with links, see if you can get a link to your items in your sig (this is allowed at this site).
7) Participate! Don't just be the guy/gal who shows up to advertise, never to be seen again.

It's hard work, but the more you promote, the more attention the site will get and the more eyeballs will be looking at your auctions!

Good luck!

How about an ad in Newsarama and CBR (Comic Book Resources)? If not, maybe a thread on their forums could do it. I'm not a member there, is anyone here is?
