Since things are really picking up in here, there are a couple of new guidelines for this area.

1) All sellers need to have limit themselves to one post for their advertising/notices. If your post falls off the first page, then you may post a new thread if you have a new advertisement. If you have several threads going already, choose one to continue and post a "lock thread" reply in your other ones and a moderator will close the thread. If you wish, you can close all of your existing threads and start a new one.

2) Please do not "copy and paste" your ads from other boards, websites, etc. Often this leaves broken bb and html code which makes your posts look terrible and often unreadable.

3) Please do not bump your threads for the sake of keeping them up on the first page. If you have stuff to offer thats fine, but just don't bump em for the sake of bumping them.

4) I'm not trying to be mean about this, but it needs to be fair for all sellers and easy on the eyes of our readers.

Thanks for your cooperation!

I don't see this covered in the guidelines. Is it okay to post comics without prices and take offers? I have a bunch of comics that I want to sell, but am unsure what to sell them for. I would like to post them without a set price and take offers. That way a prospective buyer and I can negotiate a price that is acceptable to both of us. After all, a comic is only worth what someone willing to pay for it and what someone is willing to sell it for.

I just posted a selling advertisement that's fairly extensive with photo scans. If I get no responses within a week's time, can I repost the exact sales advertisement?

Please advise and thanks for the opportunity to sell my wares.

if I post a thread here and I want to add comics to the list, is it possible to just modify my initial post without it bumping the thread?

Seen it done but you will still want to bump it so people will be aware of the change.

You could mark the thread title as closed and start a new one.

You could also post the link and I will close it.

Thanks Hoss,

Going to post more some books to sell and don't think this title "New slew of Brand New Captain America TPBs" will be a lot of help when I'm trying to sell other books!
