Okay, we're done!
I haven't seen my three daughters since June.
My ex has denied my access, she's tried to get the Police and Children's Aid to turn on me, she's tried all sorts of goodies.
Have you ever heard the old saying, "give her enough rope and she'll hang herself?".
Well, we had a long meeting with our lawyer yesterday, we're going for an interim variance to our existing court order for specified police-enforceable access to my girls.
And....he's setting up a full-blown custody hearing.
And...he's going after her for nuisance/mischief/slander charges.
My fiancee and I have been gathering our evidence and arranging it over the last two months. She has absolutely no hope of winning, based on her past and recent behaviours.
It's all over except the waiting...which some days are harder than others. I miss my girls like crazy.

as a Father who has custody of his two boys Iwish you the best of luck in court like you said let her hang her self. judges dont like to be talked over and get very mad as Ive come to lean., my ex couldnt keep her mouth shut in court and almost got kicked out. write everything down and when it happens cause it will come in handy. Good Luck.

I can't imagine not seeing my kids for that long, particularly with someone running heavy interferance and mind games. It must be torture.

But it sounds like things have taken a seriously good turn in your favor.

I hope you are reunited soon.

Thank goodness my wife is the picture of matrimonial harmony and bliss... #exorcist#

Heck Camp, Stace and I are definately in your corner....too bad we can't give you a reference or something??? Anything we can do to help though, we've helped more than a few friends and relatives through messy divorces with children in the last few years. You sound very prepared and that's the best thing you can do...Good luck!!! Keep us posted...and STICK IT TO HER!!! :x
