it scares me that people are buying "Purple" labeled books, busting them free and re-selling. Any advice or info on this is helpfull.

Caveat Emptor.

Though, that pretty much is fraud if you are selling it as unrestored. Ofcourse, with the proper wording it would not be an issue.

If selling restored comics as unrestored is a crime, then only criminals will sell....oh, wait a minute.

Very funny! (In a "sad but true" kind of way).

I think we are fast approaching the time when the number of undisclosed restored GA and SA books will out-strip the un-restored. We may be there already...
