Just wondering what this stain on the back cover would do to the overall grade?

I would say knock it down half a grade as long as it does not extend into the interior pages. The copy looks to be in the F/VFish range so take it down to around a Fine. Any idea what the stain is?

Its only on the cover, does not go thru to the last page.
I have no idea what it was, some kind of oily substance. It didnt effect the paper like water does. The paper is very solid were the stain is.
