I went through a brief fling with Catwoman a long time ago, and went out of my way to find Lois Lane #70 and #71. if only I had known what she would eventually look like. (Trust me, Silver Age Catwoman was anemic by comparison).

to answer linda's question I contacted Gulacy through his website a few weeks before the show but he did the sketch there and I got to watch him do most of it. Really amazing watching him switch between a dozen or so pencils and markers while chatting the whole time!

I have a page of Gulacy art. It looks MUCH better as original art. I cringed when I saw how much was lost in the the published version.
