Hello Corral gang, the latest and greatest third party comic grading company has arrived:

INTRODUCING.............. CCGA Comic Collectors Grading Association!!!!

CLICKIE TO SEE THEIR EBAY AUCTION (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280331587086&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fshop.ebay.com%3A80%2F%3F_from%3DR4 0%26_trksid%3Dm38%26_nkw%3D280331587086%26_fvi%3D1&_rdc=1)

Strangely enough, I can't seem to find any info on them from a google search. :?

"100 year secure storage polycarbonate plastic case"

I laughed so hard when I read that.

Even CGC cases need to be changed every 7 years.

Looks like a freaking top loader.

Kinda reminds me of 3PG, remember them? :D

I think they are more like ACE.They just grade their own book and call them whatever. The only thing I have seen from them has been the hussain obama cover at 9.9.

Yeah right!

Here's another...since it's a sealed Superman I guess they just assumed that inside it's a perfect ten with no printing or otherwise defects.

Nah, that's a CGC marketing scam. They recommend you reholder every 7 years because the microchamber paper becomes inert. No need to reholder, inert MC paper won't hurt your comics.

How do we stop these foreigners here operating on USA soil from pushing forward with scams??? Very simple stop doing business with them and they will have to pack up and leave when their money runs dry that they obtained from other victims through lies and deception.

Tricksy Hobbits and their scamming. It is so horrible to be apart of a bad deal when you can not trace the seller or are dealing with someone who is not cooperative. It all catches up and hopefully they can be caught sooner than later.

Another company that grades comics is www.newkadia.com . they use a different scale than CGC, more like overstreet (Near Mint, Very Fine, etc).
