You know I have always thought that the colorist of a comic book don't get enought credit. I have been looking over some of the books I have bought from ya'll and I think the colors are what being out the covers/panels! Now don't get me wrong, I like the sketch covers but I really like the covers with color!

Case in point:

Villains United #1 (color)

What do ya'll think?

I think if they have a sketch cover they should have a sketch internal work also. :p
I always like those black and whites from the 80s such as Adventurers and Elf Warrior. The cover however was really what drawed me to these books.

I've got a soft spot for sketch covers. I'm more into the artists than the colorists and for me it's pretty cool to see the "unfinished" covers.

A bad artist can look great with an awesome colorist. Kinda paint-by-number without any numbers. I noticed it especially when I got back into comics around 2003 and had left in 1994. HUGE difference.
