Anyone watch the premiere tonight?

I really liked this show a lot! It looks like they have some big plans for this series. I just hope it doesn't get canceled!

I had my VCR set to record at the wrong time and ended up with Deal or No Deal instead.

I'll try again tonight.

What channel does it come on, Hoss? I didn't see it listed on my Guide on my TiVo?

Hi Linda,

The show comes on NBC. I think they might be replaying it on SCI-FI as well, but I don't know when.

It's caught my interest so far......at least it has been picked up for a whole season.

I don't like to get interested in new shows because the damn networks usually cancel the ones I like before the stories get resolved!

This show is one that I do not miss.

Jeff Loeb is a genius (that is his name on the credits right?). They made a show about Super Heros, and managed to avoid paying licensing fees to DC/Marvel. They also side stepped the whole "costume" thing.

Oh and the fact that the story has been great so far don't hurt either.

If your not watching this show you should be.

Last Monday they had a "Marathon" of the first three episodes and I was hopelessly hooked.

A GREAT series!

My favorite character?

Hiro.

Hands down. #nunchuck#

An awesome premise, and the time travel twists just cinch it for me.

Now watch some Neilson-hung-up TV Exec scrap it...

Hopefully not. It's literally the only TV series I have enjoyed for years.

I have watched the last three episode on Sci-Fi, the series is a darn good one. I really liked Hiro's character.

One question, the cheerleader girl, isn't she the one that played in Halloween 4? She had black hair and she's the niece or sumthing of micheal myers?

Jeff Loeb is a genius (that is his name on the credits right?).

Yup, that's him. He's a Co-Producer, and I think he wrote episode #3. He was brought into the project later than some, but he's the one that got Tim Sale involved. Sale is the one that did all the art for the comic that Hiro kept reading through, and he also is the one that did all the paintings. If you are familiar with his work it is very obvious.

There has been a series of interviews in the last 2-3 CBG's that were great. #1623 (Dec) has a Loeb interview and the new issue #1624 interviews the show's creator Tim Kring and also Masi Oka who plays Hiro (He's my fav too, CG!).

I am enjoying this show. A friend of mine has all of the episodes recorded. I went over to watch 6 1/2 episodes back to back and was thoroughly impressed. Nathan's flying scenes were pretty cool as was the subway scene. I'm going to go over again sometime next week to see the rest of the them and get caught up to date.

This show has been high quality from the start.

Interesting characters....cliffhanger endings....action, humor, drama.....can't ask for more in TV show!!

Two thumbs way up!!!

Heroes is back and better than ever! Now the shift is toward finding all the new empowered ones only they have no Cerebro to find them, just a list!

Did anyone else think that Hiro was charging his power in the bullet train subway just before he "juped" to NYC two monthe in his future? When the "charge" ran out he returned to Japan. Warping of time and space is very powerful! Hope he learns to control it.

The candidate flying off was easily the best visual of the series! Whoosh! I was never able to take characters like Black Condor before but after that scene I am going to rethink "flight" as a super-hero ability.

What do you mean NO costumes? Oh wait, maybe cheerleader outfits don't count!

This is such a cool show. I enjoyed tonight's episode. I hope Hiro is successful in what he is attempting to do.

When the show started it was just okay for me, but it evolved almost immediatly until just before this last hiatus, it rivaled any other show I watch as my favorite.

I'm still completely loving the show. I don't buy many TV show dvd releases, but this one I'm sure to grab when it comes out. It will happily go right next to Sopranos seasons.

James, what did you think of yesterday's Sopranos show? I was kind of stunned myself. What a series!

Darn! I did missed it. I guess if it comes on reruns this summer I'll be able to catch the last few episodes.
