Just open my box from DCBS that I got a few weeks ago (OK, so I'm slow!) and just got finish reading the Power Girl #1 that I got and I couldn't believe the cover. Who ever did the cover much like Doris Day because from the neck up that looks like Doris Day!

I don't think most guys are going to be looking at Power Girl from the neck up...

I know, pasnat!! Of course if Ms. Day had the right bra she could had looked like Power Girl in her hay day!! Plus it most likely would have to be someone yours and my age or older to see it!!

It does look like Doris Day........but why do the eyes remind me of Carol Channing?#shock#

That's a really nice cover. Must be a variant as my copy has the Amanda Conner art. I prefer your one.

found the postings thru search. haven’t notice the series at all just got captivated by the artwork, #13?. googled the series to find out the artwork is from a woman which makes the comic much more appealing now. was wondering, besides awesome artwork and inks is the series a good read? or just great ice candy?
