Looks to be about a Fine/Very Fine to me. That back cover is just a bit too dirty for anything higher.

Super looking mechanics, looks nice and flat, no spine stresses that I can see.

I agree about the back cover soiling, but the front is a real winner. awesome eye appeal.

Just a hint of a rounded corner or two, if not for that (and the back cover), I would lean towards a 9.2, but as it is, I would have to say it's a very solid Very Fine, maybe as high as an 8.5 (depending on the interior page condition, white pages? ink transfer? etc.?).

A great looking book!
