Help Id'ing this Cavewoman page

I've had this page for ages and can't remember what issue it's from. It's sign by Budd Root in the bottom margin from 1999, so it's from a series '99 or older. It's not on standard comic art paper. The artwork looks more finished than what I remember from the very first series. The art is definitely by Root, which knocks out a few of the one shots that got printed during the 90s. It might be from Pangean Sea but I'm not sure and I don't have the books

I know the super duper folks on the Corral can help...
