I have a comic store that I use checking for those issues. I'll let you know as soon as I here back from them.

They do have issues of Spidey 2099, but no luck with other Scarlet and New Warriors issues. Let me know if your interested in the 2099 issues. I will continue to look for Scarlet and New Warriors issues.
