I had to discount the questions relating to feedback. Although I will only go with high FB rated sellers for bigger ticket items. I often roll the dice on low feedback sellers for other SA books (attic finds, no-comic sellers, etc.). I have pretty good luck with this for mid-grade SA stuff and sometimes get a real one-owner winner really cheap.
But the bottom line is if I need/want/crave a particular issue, the price is right, and the condition looks reasonable based on the photo/scan.
I sometimes will be so brave as to go for a book without a photo. With some back and forth questions to the seller first, of course.
Once I picked up a 8.0 or better FF Annual #2 this way for $15.00. It was a beauty (I had to flip it about a year later).
Call me an "informed gambler".

One of my main factors would also be if the seller accepts PayPal.
As a buyer I find using PayPal is the cat's meow (oooh, do people still say that?).
Other than that, High FB rating and image quality are main factors for me but for the purposes of your poll, I chose high FB.

I have to want the book first. The other choices are secondary.

I'm with chaos. I would want the book before all else.

For me it's usually the price but then I always check out their feedback..it doesn't have to be perfect but the seller has to have a good repertoir with his past customers for me to want to deal with him or her. And I ALWAYS need to see a good picture but that's just me.

C'mon folks, ask your friends, ask your neighbors, guess what they'd say. I need to do this tomorrow and will check this in the morning.

Even just lie, but lie well.

Just extrapolate to 50 using the results you got so far. Sure, it's not statistically accurate, but it's good enough!
