I love lists so here's another one. I would like y'all to put your votes in for what are the most memorable, influential, desirable one hundred silver age comics. I will consolidate and edit the list in the second post as we go along.

Aw jeez, you're gonna make me start an argument already? :-) GL #76 is a Bronze Age book (possibly the start of the Bronze Age even!)
But I'll add a couple to the list:
FF #1, 4,5,6
JIM #83
TOS #39
AF # 15
ASM #1
Hulk # 1
X-Men #1
Showcase #6, 22, 34
Brave + Bold # 28, 34
Flash # 123
JLA #21,22
There's many more...

1. Showcase #4-- DC Sept.-Oct. 1956
The first app. of the silver age Flash, who becomes the first super hero of the silver age.
So does this mean that Detective 225 (from earlier in 1956) marks the origin of the Martian Manhunter as the last superhero of the Golden Age or the first of the Silver Age?
I don't remember the exact number but Flash 118 or so with Winky, Blinky, and Noddy as the 1st Golden Age crossovers in the Silver Age. W,B,& N were a bad idea back in the GA and proved to be equally stinky in the SA.
Mystery in Space 75 the sequel to JLA 3.
