I got this website from the Scoop email I receive. Kind of a fun site for fans of the upcoming '52' series.

Is anyone else looking forward to this? Any die-hards, like me, buying all 52 issues?

I'll buy the first 4 or 5, then reassess. I don't love the characters who are leading the story (Montoya is probably the most interesting), so we'll see.

Montoya is one of the characters they should have explained more (more background info). I had no idea who she was when all the "Crisis" stuff started.

True - but if you had been reading Gotham Central (one of about 15000 people) you would have, LOL! That's one tough cookie!

Actually, I didn't know who she was before I picked up a Batman lot cheap last year and it had some issues featuring her. I bought the last issue of GC a couple of months back and am tempted to troll eBay for the rest of them, if only to find out just what in the name of Spectre they did with Jim Corrigan's character!

I just got week #1 and #2 so I have a question or so. Should I wait until I have read all the IC books before reading the 52 series?

You should probably have read 1-7 of the Infinite Crisis series before you start 52, but no need to worry about the other stuff, I think.

Too bad 52 is a limited series. It reads kind of like an anthology title, maybe like ADVENTURE COMICS or SHOWCASE. I mean, where else are you going to see so many B and C-List characters actually doing somthing! Great to see Elongated Man back being a detective and Booster Gold, sue me, I actually like the character! Here's hoping that 52 will lead to the revival of a SHOWCASE type title, dare I hope that?

This title is really starting to grow on me! I almost considered dropping it, but I kept it going for a couple more weeks.

The Black Adam storyline is very interesting.

Anyone else still on board this book?

Yup, right here. I'm enjoying it...

And next week...

The return of The Main Fragging Man, Lobo!

The Lobo appearance was pretty cool! He's a mean guy, though! I'm looking forward to seeing more of this character.

52 is fast becoming one of my "must read as soon as I get home" books!

Well, we've reached the halfway point with last weeks issue! It's been great so far. I really like the Black Adam storyline and the Lex Luthor/Infinity Inc plot. There are lots of characters I'm just not very familiar with though.
